What cause the leaves on plants to turn ashen? I marine my plant once a week.?
Answers: Depending on the type of plant we are talking about here you could be any number of problems--too much water--not satisfactory water--two much light not enough light---However if you hold had the plant for a long time and in alike location with the same watering rota then your little buddy may be root bound and need a larger pot and fresh dirt. Remember indoor plants do not gain the same nutrients in their soil as outdoor plants unless you add on them. The best thing you can possibly do is to research your type of plant to see what it really needs. The little white ball sound like fertilizers to me (without seeing a picture).
The white ball are either perlite to retain moisture..and if they are perfectly round they are a fertilizer (slow release)..that they put within the growing medium..yellow leaves sounds close to the soil is too dense and not draining good..or the container has no drainage.. I don`t know youre watering toomuch, always feel the soil next to your finger first, let it dry before the subsequent watering. also it may be the lighting, too much or not enough, maybe its within a draft.
It can be needing a little more sea, or even be getting too much sunlight.
