What heat do you set your nouns conditioning for your house to?

Answers:    You should set your themostat on auto and your temperature on 72 and walk off it along, do not turn your ac on and off because it takes longer to cool your house down surrounded by which it will cause the unit to work harder respectively time you turn it on. So leave it on the above setting.
Well, we have a short time room a/c. We set it to 68 at night, but the room stays at about 73, according to a separate thermometer. I set my AC to 76 surrounded by the summer, and in the winter my heat is set to 69.
