What is the first name of this slack plant?

It has small leaves with scraggy stems that grow pretty long. The flowers are either pink, pink and white, or purple (5 petals). Each flower is about the size of a dime, and are clustered nearly 20 small flowers to a bunch. I have kind of adopt it from my girlfriend, and would love for it to flourish.
