What is the best and affordable vacuum cleaner ?

Had a Bissell which was nearly $50, well it didn't second , and saw reviews on Eurekas, which were pretty suitable. Which do you use and where did you purchase your's for a devout price? Not looking for expensive models, just something below $60.

Answers:    I gave up on vacuum cleaners a few years ago. I use a shop vac. It works approaching a champ! I vacuum the car, the house, blow the grass from the side stride. It sucks up everything. Nails, tools, and even unwanted guest!
