Answers: I used a clothesline if you don't have one fashion one if you have two trees you can put a file up on the trees then use clothespins sideways. I be lazy and in recent times used my wire hanger and gave them away next to the sale of the clothes. It be great because I could section it rotten price wise. If you don't enjoy that then see if you could rent a round clothes rack from a second foot shop for the weekend or try craigslist for a used clothes rack.

The only entity you can do that will not cost you would be to get a rope and use that as a clothes row.
Make sure it is not too high. We have a garage sale after my Aunt passed away and we hung a rope within the back of the garage for the clothing. I have an idea that it hung too high. People should be capable of reach the hanger. I also think that the rear legs of the garage was a discouraging place. You want it out in the unseal.
Ask around, you never know if someone has some type of garment rack surrounded by their basement that you can borrow.
Tie a rope from the rafter of the garage or between two trees or posts... hang the hanger on the rope.
