Answers: Are you serious!? I mean, roughly gardening. No one else will give you this insist on, because it is the least potential advice to be taken currently. The best fertilizer for a vegetable garden is a book! A book that will fertilize your brain and make IT grow! Ya, you're already not partiality my suggestion, but since there are like mad of variables that will occur while gardening, you want something that contains a lot of information. And that much information isn't going to be found here. Soooo, contained by my neck of the woods, Sunset Vegetable Gardening is a upright go to book. Look for an author who covers adjectives aspects of gardening from pH levels, to soil conditions, to describing fertilizer and minerals. You won't be capable of thank me now, except by giving me 10 points, but you will thank me latter, when I won't hear it!
Oh and as a starter, get a pH meter and a soil assessment kit at the local hardware store. It will cost in the order of $20.
Go with Miracle-Gro, any sunshine. There is a special Miracle Gro for tomatoes, and within a few days of applying it, they looked vigorous and green, with no signs of shock. I wait a few days to plant my peppers, and even they come out of shock fast. I'll own to wait to pass you an answer on the rest, though--I'm in Indiana, and near all the rainfall we've gotten, a lot of my garden is underwater!
