Answers: Take them off and spray beside soap and water. Use one of those containers that allows for you to affix soap right to the water that comes out of the hose. You can obtain it at Home Depot or Lowes.
Windex also has an outdoor fanlight washer stuff that hooks to your hose as well. That works great for the outside window.
Soapy water next to a little vinegar added, next shine them up with prehistoric newspaper.
