What is the difference between concrete and cement?
Answers: Cement (Portland Cement) is a powder that is mixed beside water to create a pulp used as a bonding agent.
Concrete is a mixture of fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate (washed rock), cement, (optionally flyash, slag or silica fumes) and various admixtures (to undertake different results depending on job). It is used as a construction material, typical uses you would of probably see are Basement Floors, Walls, Walkways (Sidewalks), Roads, Airport Runways, Stairs, etc.
Depending on your climate and usage you may need concrete near different types of cement (Type 10, Type 50, etc...) and admixtures (Air entrainment, Retarder, Waterproofing, etc.). If you post more information, I will be able to guide you further towards what you may inevitability.
