What is this Disease on Pears from my Fruit Tree?
have rusty colored spikes or appendages adjectives over them.
I tried to rub some off and my fingers get orange powder
on them.
Some of the pears are totally covered near this.
The leaves are healthy looking and most of the pears
look forceful.

What is it?
How can I treat it?
I live in NC where on earth last year we have a late
spring frost, and consequently a summer drought.

Answers: Take a pear and a twig to a garden center or greenhouse. NOT HOME DEPOT OR LOWE'S They'll report you.
