What kill my frogs?

I just refilled my pond that have had frogs in it next to city tap water. I packed a little more than 30% of the water that be already there.

Answers:    "Jolt" cola is for humans only, not frogs...Actually, I have that happen with a dozen tadpoles I be raising...and I thought they were the heartiest things ever! I guess a sundden dramatic change in the dampen temp, or chlorine levels can be fatal...sorry for your loss!
