What nouns of the country have the lowest mosquitos?

I currently live in southeastern Michigan and the mosquitos here are horrible. What cog of the country generally have the least mosquitos?

I live on the coast of British Columbia and we see amazingly few mosquitos here, though not far inland they can be bad. I appreciate the insufficiency of them greatly, having grown up contained by the east. On the worst summer night for them here, I might slap at 10. The worst mosquitos I ever saw be in souhwestern Saskatchewan. It be blowing about 30 miles an hour and 200 of them used me as a windbreak. Took them nearly 2 minutes to accumulate.
