What should my centralized ac be set on during the summer to hold an average size rancher cool?

Answers:    62? are you planning on hanging meat? I'd set it at 74-76. Your electric bill must be outrageous!
It's best to set a temp and keep it within because then your house is "maintaining". 62 is way to cool and will termination up costing you. We keep our ranch between 73-76. Also, hold on to any lamps away from your thermostat as that will give a false temp reading. Humans are comfortable contained by a temp range form 70 to 78 F, depending on the humdity level.

Setting nouns conditioning at temps below 70 is costing you money, for no good reason.

Currently mine is set at 76, The complex you keep it the more money you will save. It should be set on anything feel right to you.
no thats way too cold - 76 is a nice temp.
