What type of plant is this ?

it is white in the center of the leaves/ and the rest is dark green

Answers:    It could be any number of plants. If you have a picture, it would be better. But the two that come to mind, for me, are a Philodendron (inside) or a Hosta (outside). You don't say if it's an indoor or outdoor plant.
The white indicates that it is variegated but we need a pic for baptism. There are hundreds of plants which qualify as white in the centre and grey green.

Size of leaves? Vining? etc., etc.
