some mosquitoes would stay on my door, and i only have one right presently, but I can't seem to find that little bugger. Do they cling on window screen or what ,I just want to find them, or can I use my body odor to attract them, or make resembling a little pond for them , cause I know they love to live on dampen.
Answers: Mosquitoes lay eggs in still water. Bird baths, fish ponds, puddles of dampen etc. They tend to stay around these areas, unless hunting for food.
The females are the ones which bite, and I believe it is the carbon dioxide you exhale that attracts them.
As for the STD transfer, it's unlikely. Other diseases, such as malaria, are commonly transmitted amongst mosquitoes and their victims.
