Which barbeque is easier, cheaper and better? Gas or Charcoal?
Answers: Gas is probably easier, but IMO it's not a real barbecue if it's not on charcoal, if you want to use gas, merely go within the kitchen & use the grill.
Also, provided you pay some attention to where on earth it is from, charcoal is carbon neutral, and supports in good health managed woodlands, so it is more environmentally friendly than gas.

But, I reckon that gas is easier because you can control the warmness output. So you don't need to own burnt offerings adjectives the time.
Yes, charcoal can be cheaper. But, I have be using the same gas bottle for three years and here is still just below half of it departed. You also don't have the hassle of getting rid of the ash afterwards.
Overall, I would suggest gas barbeques instead of charcoal.
i hold to say that i prefer gas as we enjoy a big mudder ficker one and have not looked stern at charcoal for years. Cant say in the region of cost though, i never look at that
