Which is better, A regular foam mattress or a box spring mattress?

I am purchasing from Ikea.

Answers: The box spring goes underneath the mattress you sleep on. Are you trying to compare a foam mattress and a coil spring mattress? Everyone is different. You need to travel to the store and actually try it out, to see if it's comfortable for you. Good luck!
