Why are roaches attracted to electronics?

I'm having a problem with german roaches. They give the impression of being to be drawn to electronics, especially my modem. Does anyone know why, and how do I get rid of them?

Answers:    Boric Acid will get rid of them. It is a white powder you can purchase at the pharmacy. ($3.50 plus or minus a buck) It IS poisonous! So don't agree to your children get in to it or your animals. When used as an eye bathe you boil the boric acid.

Exterminators use it too. But they also use another poison. Boric Acid will kill the roaches and they will walk away and die. You shouldn't even see them die at your place. What happens is, they walk through it and gain on their bodies and it dehydrates them. Roaches do NOT have nests so they don't take it vertebrae to their nests.

Take the Boric Acid and sprinkle it where the roaches like to budge. Like behind your refrigerator, stove. Don't put it in your modem!!

You must live surrounded by an apartment building. Everyone must have them. Roaches germinate every 28 days. So in demand to get rid of them you must have the building fumigated every 25 days for at lowest possible 4 months. Make sure the fumigator sprays all the way around the building out side too. Roaches will live within the grass and trees.

They drop those sacks that are connected to their butts when they feel threatened. Those sack are filled with hundreds of eggs..every 28 days respectively one of those sacks a roach has be carrying is going to pop open with hundreds of roaches. Could be 50 or 500 sack a day. All depends on how bad the roach problem is where on earth you live.
They're not drawn to electronics. They're drawn to a nice, quiet, warm place to fur. Electronics are all of the above, but so are your cabinets, oven, refrigerator, etc.

German roaches can not be cured by a homeowner using over-the-counter products, spell.

Boric acid helps muffle the population by destroying the micro-organisms in a roach's gut. This ruins the roach's ability to digest food and it starves to release. The good thing nearly boric acid is that it persists. If one roach eat a roach that died from boric acid, it'll die too.

However, roaches eat eachother's poop which replenishes their micro-organisms within their gut. So, unless it's applied correctly, in the right amount and in the right place it's completely worthless.

I don't use it. I hold stuff that works much better.

I recommend hiring a professional. Make him/her come over and walk you through what they will do. If they say boric tart will cure all your woes, ask them to leave. If they want to set past its sell-by date a "special" bug bomb, ask them to leave. If they say adjectives of your roaches will be gone forever with one treatment, boot them out.

It takes me two or three treatments, sometimes as much as six weeks, to cure german roach problems. However, I do it and it works.

If you choose to hire a professional - be picky.
i infer its something that has to do with electrowaves that attracts them and to obtain rid of them, well,, exterminator
