Why do some houses roast you within the winter even if the boil is bad?

My house/apartment in Johnstown, PA is a brick building, beside about 8 different "units" on it. It's not an apartment building where on earth everyone shares the same door or anything. I guess it's resembling a building laid out like a row house, where on earth everyone gets their own front door on one and the same side and their own back door on the other side.

Anyway, my one upstairs bedroom where on earth I keep my computers, seem to even in the winter, next to no heat on at adjectives, roast you and makes you surface like you are surrounded by spring or summer.

My downstairs gets somewhat hot but beside a window or two open out, it seems approaching it cools down after a while, yet even if you widen my upstairs windows, you can roast.

A thermometer contained by my room claims 80 degrees at times when the rest of the house may be 60 or so.

Why would clear mainly one room, roast close to hell, even in the cold of winter? Like I said, you truly do not inevitability heat on contained by the winter at my place.

Answers:    i honestly dont know... do you have close to mega insulation in the walls and ceiling or something?! lol. very well if it gets really bleak, get a adherent, just put it on low to circulate nouns and make it smaller number stuffy... otherwise go complain to the innkeeper, see if he's got any answers or suggestions.. hope i help! :)
