Why does keeping food cold preserve it for longer?

What does keeping it cold actually do?

Answers:    Germs and bacteria spread faster at sophisticated temperatures (like body temperature). Keeping food in the fridge will for this reason result in less bacterial growth and and so it will keep your food fresh for longer.
Just as in wintertime, the colder it is ~ the in good health the season (as to flu and virus). The reason for this is similar to the reason we refrigerate our spoilable foods.
Bacteria. Many germs and germs die off after the temp plummets to a certain height. This helps in the preservation of food, basically as it helps in the preservation of US, as we are made of meat. :)

Was that too clear?
Sorry. Haven't had the morning tea yet.
what it does is it slows down the molecules for the substance making it "preserved" and putting it within a bag makes it final longer because the air does not dry it out. Preservation usually involves preventing the growth of bacteria, fungi and other micro-organisms, as very well as retarding the oxidation of fats which cause rancidity. A colder warmth does all of this.
Cold inhibits bacteria growth cuz it kip it fresh!
