i have the heavens set at 75 and my bedroom stays like 90 adjectives the time, and when the heaters on it gets hotter contained by here then the rest of the house.. is basically this room that is sooo hot... what can i do to manufacture it cooler with out the visible reasons similar to getting a fan.what does foil on a skylight do??
Answers: the position the building faces the sun have a lot to do beside temperature. if your room face the sun it will be warmer. try a small awning over your porthole if possible or a portable a.c. section.
What color is the roof? If it's a dark color, it's absorbing fry and that's transmitting to your room (feel your walls and ceilings)---also, this apt might not have satisfactory (or any) insulation, either! again, if the walls/ceiling are thaw out, that means they arent properly insulated.
