Will my sofa be tacky inside or will it be ok to sit on?
Answers: The with the sole purpose way to know for sure is to bring it outside when the weather is clear and sunny for a few days in a row. Cover it at hours of darkness but leave it outside to air..remove the cushions sooner and expose it to some drying air. Don't put it in direct sunlight though as that could fade it or burn spots surrounded by it. Keep smelling it also, as your nose can tell alot roughly speaking the situation. If it has a damp, mildew smell it may own gotten damp in the garage and not be able to dry out. Also turn it over and examine the bottom and smell under near too. Hope it turns out to be in good usable shape.
