Window grilles ?

I have an indoor cat who is disallowed out at all. I necessitate to get something to put on the window so we can open them and he can not carry out. Anyone know where I can get hold of anything like this. I've looked on eBay but here is nothing within. Thanks

Just lock the porthole in the darkness vent mode,

that way you return with air transformation, but the gap is too small for the cat to escape.
