Would you buy lands and build your house on that property or buy a house from a certified unadulterated estator?
Answers: realors are crooks! all the way. . they will put you contained by a place and tell you its paradise when it isnt.. HOA (home owners association) suck!! they enlighten you what you can and cant do in the home that you bought!! and the fees are unbelieveable
we stayed in my Bf's sisters house to help out her while she was trying to sell it and it be insane! never will i buy a house with HOA just keep hold of that in mind and NEVER BUY KB HOMES!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES. the house we were within was 3 yrs ol 5 cracks in the foundation THAT WATER CAME THROUGH and they wouldnt fix it said it wasnt their slate. spread the word good luck
I would buy land and build a house...if I have that kind of money! Nah I'm actually contained by search of a plot of land for a home. That method I can build what I want from scratch, and not have to matter with others mistakes. Also certified real estate...they are trying to get a living off of your house hunt so don't trust them 100% they won't tell you what's wrong a home inspector will! Best of luck! If you can afford to build, to be exact the best option because you can tailor make it to be anything style you like.
