Wrong Mattress Delivered!?!?!?
Answers: I'm not really sure what they can do. It is unconstitutional in most states to resell a used mattress, and even if you can, you enjoy to rip the tags past its sell-by date and sell it as such. You can nickname the mattress store and tell later of the error, so that they know what happened, but the worst i.e. going to happen is that they are going to transport you what you originally ordered and ask you to return the one you have currently. I would hope that they are a reputable vendor and would not resell that mattress. If they are a good retailer, I would hope they would merely cut their losses on the product and let you save it. They are not going to be able to verbs the cost of shipping you out what you originally ordered and pay the return shipping tax for the other mattress by selling the used product.
They may not even know what happened (yet). I am sure that your mattress get crossed with the other one surrounded by shipping. If this is the case, it is the onus of the shipping company to remedy the situation for the retailer. We have this happen once and the shipper have to pay adjectives the shipping fees and the cost of one of the mattresses (because the customer canceled), but we were competent to figure out what happen before any of them had be delivered.
