Yard mart... front courtyard or rear legs patio?
I own had several successful garage sale at my vacation home, which have a garage and a large patio. But now I'd similar to to have a mart at my permanent home, surrounded by the city. I have a extremely small front yard and my garage is sour of an alley.
Here are my option for this sale:
*Front patio. People who are driving by will be able to see my stuff and parking will be trouble-free, but my yard is tiny so near isn't a lot of space for merchandice.
*Back yard- There will be plenty of space for my stuff and ethnic group won't feel crowded. There is plenty of parking on the street. Plus, I hold one of those semi-permanent gazebos so there will be a shaded nouns. But people won't be capable of see the sale from the road.
*Garage- I own a 2 and a half motor garage, but it's off of an nouns, so there's no parking available. People would have to park partly a block away and walk down the nouns... I don't think they will do that.
So, given the three choices which would you suggest and why.
Answers: Front courtyard, as it can be seen
We have a garage sale contained by our back patio and they trampled the lawns
If you put the bulk of product in the put money on then associates will still have plenty of room to peruse. If you put a few plum items out front it will attract inhabitants and you can have someone direct them to the rear. As items out front sell you can replace them next to other items.
